Does formatting change the data in my JSON?+

No. Formatting only adds or removes whitespace and line breaks. Keys, values, and structure stay the same.

Can this tool pretty-print JSON from a log line?+

What indent options are available?+

You can use 2 spaces, 4 spaces, or a tab character. Pick the style that matches your project or team convention.

Is there an input size limit?+

Inputs up to 5 MB are supported. Larger files should be split or processed with a local CLI tool.

Does my JSON leave the browser?+

No. Formatting runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded or stored on a server.
